Refund Policy

Last updated: 8 August 2026. This Policy applies to paid Cloudlayer Tools courses, workshops, and consultations purchased via invoice.

Refund eligibility

Self-paced or cohort course seats may be cancelled for a full refund within 14 days of payment if you have accessed fewer than two modules and have not downloaded more than one worksheet pack. Live consults and facilitated workshops may be rescheduled once at no charge when you give at least five business days’ notice.

Timeframe

Refund requests must reach us within the eligibility window described above. Requests after the window are considered only where required by mandatory consumer law or where we cancel a program.

Full and partial refunds

Full refunds apply when eligibility criteria are met or when Cloudlayer Tools cancels an offering. Partial refunds may apply if a multi-session package has already delivered part of the service — for example, one completed consult inside a two-session pack — calculated against the published informational unit price.

Non-refundable items

• Custom scenario decks already delivered to your organisation
• Third-party venue fees that we prepaid at your written request
• Completed one-to-one consultations

Refund process

Email hello@cloudlayer-tools.digital with your invoice number, purchase date, and reason. We confirm receipt within two business days and outline next steps.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval. Bank transfer refunds may take additional time depending on your bank.

Cancellation by Cloudlayer Tools

If we cancel a course date, you may transfer to the next cohort or receive a full refund of amounts paid for the cancelled portion.

Exceptions

Statutory rights for consumers in Germany remain unaffected. If a mandatory right grants a broader remedy, that right prevails over this Policy.
